Hello and welcome to the Light Balance website. My name is Tracey Bell and I am a certified practitioner of EFT®, Reconnective Healing®, Jin Shin Jyutsu® and the EMF Balancing Technique®. I also teach Self Help Healing Workshops and Introduction to Tarot Reading Courses. I am based in Fareham, Hampshire, UK and I also offer distance healing sessions.
Several years ago I realised that my former profession as an accountant no longer fulfilled me. After undergoing some intense personal development and emotional healing, I came to understand that my passion in life comes from a desire to help others realise their own potential and to assist in empowering them to live the life they truly desire to live.
During the course of my own development I discovered that there were many other people searching to free themselves from pain and limitation and this has driven me to explore many different types of healing & therapeutic work.
In studying the above healing modalities, and undergoing treatment myself with other types of therapy as well, I have come to understand that there is no one single therapy that can heal everything for everyone every time. Through experience I have seen that some therapies suit some people, whilst other healing modalities maybe just right for someone else. I believe that in offering these modalities there is something for everyone.
The beauty of Jin Shin Jyutsu® and EFT® is that they may both be used as self help tools. A Jin Shin Jyutsu® session includes a self help manual which is yours to take home and keep, and during an EFT® session, I will show you how to use the techniques for yourself - these will accelerate your healing process and enable you to continue working by yourself at home. ...I am such an advocate of Reconnective Healing® as a result, as it finds the areas that need healing – which can be different to the ones that you think.
It seems to be about putting the ‘whole’ person back into balance again; rather than just relieving the symptom at hand.
