About Tracey Bell
Hello and welcome to the Light Balance website.
I am a registered practitioner of the EMF Balancing Technique®, Jin Shin Jyutsu® and Reiki, and a teacher of Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self Help Classes. I am based in Fareham, Hampshire, UK.
Several years ago I realised that my former profession as an accountant no longer fulfilled me. After undergoing some intense personal development and emotional healing, I came to understand that my passion in life comes from a desire to help others realise their own potential and to assist in empowering them to live the life they truly desire to live. During the course of my own development I also discovered that there were many other people searching to free themselves from pain and limitation.
So I started looking for healing systems that I could resonate with - that would simply feel right for me to work with, and someone soon introduced me to Jin Shin Jyutsu®. From the moment I first worked with it, I knew it was a perfect healing system for me to study. Then came the EMF Balancing Technique® and Reiki.
As a result of my studies and personal healing journey, I have discovered that we human beings are so much more extraordinary than our limited cultural indoctrination would have us believe. We each have an unlimited supply of resources that we are able to tap into when we realise that we really can empower ourselves to live the life of our dreams.
The purpose of my life is now very clear to me: to help and support anyone who wants to experience fulfilment, happiness and Self Empowerment in their lives.
My deepest wish for you is that you may live your life in the most pain-free, enlightened, fulfilled, loving, joyful and abundant way you desire. You've already got the power to do it - and I've got some of the tools that will enable you to tap into that power.
