When people use conventional methods to try and lose weight, they often fail, and that's usually because they are trying to use WILLPOWER. Over time this rarely works, as you probably know yourself. Targeting the underlying causes of weight gain

Like all addictions, there are underlying causes as to why people are overweight and why they overeat. It isn't a character flaw (far from it). In fact it's often because our bodies energy system has gone a bit haywire and because of this we unconsciously sabotage our every attempt to lose weight.

Eating disorders are almost always symptoms of the following:

  • Unresolved emotional issues

  • Unconscious beliefs

  • Limiting patterns

  • Self sabotaging tendencies

The techniques I use get to the bottom of these and clear them - leaving you free to feel good about yourself and lose weight permanently.

The techniques I use (and will show you) really will help you get to the root causes and eliminate them. These techniques don't rely upon willpower, dieting, going to the gym or conscious control of behaviour and they are extremely effective for long term weight loss.

I currently run Weight Loss Groups three times a week at Trafalgar House, Portchester, Hampshire. Joining one of these groups is a great way to begin the process of losing weight permanently.
