About Me

My name is Tracey Bell and at Light balance I specialise in Weight Loss & Low Self Esteem. I'm based in Fareham, Hampshire and I can also work with you over the phone or use other distance healing techniques with you.

In addition to offering one to one sessions, I run Weight Loss Groups & Self Help Workshops throughout the year.

Self help Workshops

In my Self Help Workshops I teach a combination of techniques that you can use in everyday life. These will you to help you:

• Overcome current physical, mental & emotional issues

• Prevent future illness & trauma

• Reduce worry & stress

• Clear emotional patterns of self sabotage

• Deepen your spiritual awareness

• And much more

My passion is to help people to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from living life to the full, with confidence, peace and a sense of well being.

My background

Since 2002 I have studied the techniques that have most helped me, in order to offer you the most effective help in overcoming your current challenges.

I am a registered, accredited practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques® (EFT), Jin Shin Jyutsu®, Reconnective Healing® and the EMF Balancing Technique® and I have also taken courses in counselling skills and family constellation therapy.
